Role of Vietnamese Fatherland Front

The Socialist  Republic of Vietnam is one of the  well  known  countries  in Southeast Asia. The country has developed as a well known tourist destination.  Apart from that  the  country is also  well known  for  its  unique  political  structure.  Vietnam is one of those few countries that  have a single party  social republic. The country is governed by Vietnamese Communist Party and it  is  the  sole  political party  in Vietnam. The party thus has   no opposition. The  party  however takes  help  of  some  organizations to run the operations of the  country more  smoothly  as well  as efficiently. The Vietnamese Fatherland Front  is one  of  such  organization that  help  the  Vietnamese Communist Party to run the operation of the company  more smoothly.

The Vietnamese Fatherland Front is often described by the government of Vietnam as the political base of people's power. The front is intended to have a significant role in society. The goal of the front is to promote national solidarity and  unity of mind in political  as well as spiritual matters. A wide number of  the social programs of Vietnamese government are conducted through the Front. Recently, the front  has been also entrusted with a role in programs to reduce poverty. The Front is also responsible for much of the government's policy on religion.  The front also has the ability to decide which religious groups will receive official approval. Thus  the  Vietnamese Fatherland Front is one of the major organizations that help the government of Vietnam to run the  operations  of  the government  smoothly  and also to handle  some parts  of  the  administration of the country.
